德国Bielomatik切纸机标刀错位的故障分析与解决办法

Failure analysis and solutions to marking knife dislocation of German Bielomatik cutter

昆山钞票纸业有限公司安装的一台德国Bielomatik公司生产的切纸机,在打标的过程中经常出现上下标刀错位故障,导致标刀损坏。本文从该切纸机打标设备的机械结构上分析其传动原理,剖析问题产生的原因。在实际维修过程中,通过提高极限扭矩离合器的油压,避免齿轮与主轴之间的圆周方向的转动位移,较好地解决了标刀错位这一高发故障现象。

A German-made Bielomatik cutter was installed in Kunshan Money Paper Co., Ltd. It of＇ten emerged failures of up and down marking knife dislocation in the process of marking, resulting in marking knife damage. In this paper, the transmission principle of the marking device of cutter was analyzed from the mechanical structure. The causes of generating dislocation were discussed. In the actual repairing process, by increasing the oil pressure of limit torque clutch, the rotation displacement of the circumlixential direction between gear and spindle can avoid, the phenomenon of marking knife dislocation can be solved better.
