摘要 结合烧结的工艺特点,使用西门子的S7-400H PLC实现对系统的控制要求。针对烧结温度滞后和耦合性较强等特点,设计了一种模糊PID控制器。此控制方案能够较好地克服传统PID控制动态性能差、参数整定难以及模糊控制存在稳态误差等问题,有效地提高了烧结块的质量,给企业带来了可观的经济效益。 Combining the features of sintering process,using SIMEENS S7-400H PLC,the control requirement are realized.Designing a fuzzy-PID controller is used to solve the temperature lag and the strong coupling.The problem in traditional PID control such as poor dynamic and difficulty of parameter tuning,and in fuzzy control such as steady-state error are overcome in this project.It improves the quality of sintering block effectually.The system has brought considerable economic benefits for enterprise.
