布袋除尘器过滤效率影响因素研究

AFFECTING FACTORS UPON FILTERING EFFICIENCY OF BAG FILTERS

分析了滤袋材料、过滤速度、阻力、粉尘粒径对布袋除尘器过滤效率的影响。降低过滤速度能够提高过滤效率,延长滤袋使用寿命;增加布袋除尘器阻力可提高过滤效率,但运行阻力增大会使能耗升高;粉尘预处理只能降低进入布袋除尘器的烟尘浓度,对提高布袋过滤效率帮助甚微;增大粉尘粒径可提高过滤效率。

The problems of bag filters, such as influence of the filter bags material, the filtering speed, the resistance of filtering bags,the particle size of dust upon the efficiency of bag filters,as well as the disposal of waste and rejected filtering bags, etc. ,have been discussed,and some measures for reducing the filtering speed, enhancing the filtering efficiency, and lengthening the service life of filtering bags being put forward. Reduction of the resistance in filtering bags may decrease the filtering efficiency, but increase of the resistantce in filtering bags, the energy consumption may be heightened. The pretreatment of dust can only reduce the concentraton of smoke incoming to the bag filter, being minutely help-ful to enhance the filtering efficiency. Increasing the particle size of dust can enhance the filtering efficiency.
