摘要
对1 177t/h循环流化床(CFB)锅炉进行的燃烧优化调整试验结果表明,经燃烧优化调整,锅炉热效率平均为92.232%,比调整前提高约1.5%~2.0%,每年可节约燃料成本约840万元;稀相区烟气速度由调整前的4.22m/s降至3.87m/s,可减少磨损量约25%。
The debugging test of combustion optimization on one 1 177 t/h CFB boiler has been carried out. Results show that the thermal efficiency of said boiler after combustion optimization and adjustment has enhanced about 1.5-2% ,the flue gas velocity in dilute -phase zone has decreased from 4. 22 m/s before adjustment to 3.87 m/s,the abrasion has reduced about 25% ,the electric current of the primary air fan,the secondary air fan,and the induced draft fan has decreased from about 1 350 A before test to 1 240-1 280 A,reducing about 70-110 A.
