摘要
对国华宁海电厂6号1 000MW机组大修后辅机故障快速减负荷(RB)试验过程中的过热蒸汽温度、汽水分离器出口蒸汽温度、炉膛压力、磨煤机入口一次风量等控制进行了优化,优化后的控制策略更加完善。同时,试验表明该机组RB控制品质仍有提高的空间,特别是主蒸汽温度的控制品质还可继续提高。
The controlled parameters during run back (RB) test process of unit no6 in Guohua Ninghai Power Plant after major repair, such as the temperature of superheated steam, the temperature of outlet steam from steam- water separator,the pressure in furnace,and the flow rate of primary air into the coal mill etc. , have been optimized. After optimization, the control strategy is more perfected, at the same time,the test shows that the RB control quality of said unit still has space to be enhanced,partic-ularly the control quality of main steam temperature can be continuously enhanced.
