摘要
针对大同发电有限责任公司超临界660MW机组在负荷变化时给水系统2台汽动给水泵并列运行(并泵)或解列至单台运行(退泵)过程中造成给水流量大幅波动的问题,基于10号机组的特性设计了汽动给水泵自动并泵和退泵控制逻辑,并进行了并泵和退泵控制试验。按此控制逻辑,在并泵过程中,锅炉给水流量波动<20t/h,退泵过程中,锅炉给水流量波动<55t/h,表明汽动给水泵自动并泵和退泵控制逻辑能够满足给水系统的控制要求,保证了机组的安全、稳定运行。
Directing against the problem concening large fluctuation of feed- water flow resulted from the process of automatically putting two steam- driven feed- water pumps into parallel operation or stopping one from service during the time of load variation for supercritical 660 MW unit in Datong Power Generation Co Ltd, a control logic for solution of said problem has been designed on the basis of characters of unit no. 10,and a control test for said pump's operation being carried out. According to this control logic, the fluctuation of feed -water flow into the boiler is less than 20 t/h during the time of putting two said pumps into parallel operation, and the fluctuation of feed- water flow into the boil- er is less than 55 t/h in the event of one pump being stooped. It shows that the said control logic can satisfy the control requirement of the feed - water system,ensuring safety and stability in operation of unit.
