The structure and working mechanism for the automatic measure of a box car was described and expatiated the automatic detection system software and hardware design. Used ultrasonic sensors and eddy current sensors to detect the relevant body size,and real-time data is uploaded to the host computer to calculate, analyze, compare with the baseline data, and then based on compare the results to rectificate of the body to ensure product quality. After using the automatic detection device of the body not only improve the work efficiency,ensure product quality,but also improve the detection method to achieve a box car body normalization and standardization of detection.
