中枢性协调障碍患儿眼底改变的观察

目的观察中枢性协调障碍(CCD)患儿的眼底改变,分析CCD与眼底改变的关系。方法选择213例CCD患儿为观察对象,其中轻度65例,中度104例,重度44例。复方托吡卡胺散瞳,使用直接检眼镜进行眼底检查,并分别在康复治疗的第1、第2疗程后复查眼底。结果 213例CCD患儿眼底有改变62例(29.11%),主要表现为视乳头色淡、苍白,视乳头小长椭圆形,视网膜色素紊乱、色淡,视网膜血管改变、出血。眼底异常与CCD分度有关(P<0.05),眼底改变与CCD的高危因素有关。结论对CCD患儿进行早期眼底检查可以反映患儿病变的严重程度,为早期诊治提供依据。

Objective To investigate the fundus oculi changes in central coordination disturbance.Methods 213 cases with CCD were investigated and the pathological ocular fundus changes by direct ophthalmoscopy after mydriases were observed.Results Sixty-two cases（29.11%） were found to have ophthalmoscopic changes in the ocular fundus including papilledema,whiteretina,vascular abnormality and hemorrhage.Ocular fundus changes were related to the grade of CCD,there were significant difference between them（P0.05）.Conclusion The severity of CCD depends on the pathological changes of the brain,and fundus abnormality will be very often in middle and severe sufferers of CCD,it is necessary to visit fundus changes in CCD.
