摘要
综述了目前单硬脂酸甘油酯的一些生产方法,并尝试以1-氯化甘油和硬脂酸(钠)为主要原料,在实验室内使用一步催化合成法合成了高纯度单硬脂酸甘油酯。最优的合成条件投料条件是:1-氯化甘油与硬脂酸(钠)的摩尔比是1∶1.05,最佳反应时间是3 h。
The production methods of monosterin nowadays were summarized.And pure monosterin was synthetized with 3-Chloro-1,2-propane and sodium stearate.The mol ratio of 3-Chloro-1,2-propane and sodium stearate was 1：1.05,and the optimal reacting time was 3 h.
