摘要
从环己酮装置副产物中分离回收一元酸具有明显的经济效益。采用连续精馏结合间歇精馏的分离工艺,设置脱水塔、切割塔、轻酸塔及重酸塔对原料进行分离。本文的工作首先对经多效蒸发初步浓缩后的一元酸酸原料,进行了多次精馏分离实验,结合实验结果,并利用严格精馏的计算方法,经模拟计算优化得到四个精馏塔的工艺条件。在优化设计的塔结构及工艺条件下,可以分离出纯度大于99%的一元酸产品。
The recovery process of monocarboxylic acids from byproducts of cyclohexanone installation had obvious economic benefits.Combining continuous distillation and batch distillation process,a new method with four distillation towers was established to treat the raw matirial.Several distillation experiments were conducted.According to the experimental results,the optimal operation condition of the new distillation process can be obtained by rigorous distillation simulation.With the new technique,the final products of every monocarboxylic acids can eventually achieve more than 99wt%.
