摘要
通过对开孔附近的应力分析,可知在压力容器上开孔,不但削弱了容器的材料强度,而且导致容器局部应力集中,使压力容器的承载能力降低,在其设计工艺条件下会产生危险,成为压力容器破坏的重要因素之一。因此,压力容器开孔后需进行补强,本文对几种开孔补强的方法进行阐述和比较。
Through the analysis of the stress off near the opening,it showed that in the opening on pressure vessel,not only weakened the container material strength,bat also led to local stress concentration in container,so that the pressure vessel carrying capacity was reduced.It would be dangerous under the design process conditions,which was one of the important factors of pressure vessel failure.Therefore,it needed to be reinforced after the openings of pressure vessels.Several kinds of opening reinforcement methods were described and compared.
