Polymer materials and engineering speciality set up in the local university was facing severe employment situation.Adjustment aimed at the curriculum structure and content were expected in earnest so as to stimulate the students＇ knowledge and ability to match with the need of related polymer enterprise and make practical talents.In terms of the condition in our university,the specific reform measures were put forward to improve the competitiveness of the graduates＇ employment and promote rapid development of polymer material and engineering all together.
