The paper describes that the rules and inevitability of the economical crisis in capitalist society.The financial crisis or economical crisis of capitalist society is objective law to bring difficulty to China.We must have ideological preparing of the surmountable difficulty,and by depending on government policy and our own strength,we must improve product,and the manufacturing techniques to change the crisis into opportunity in financial crisis or economical crisis,which drive the development of world economy.
