试论内涵建设背景下市级电大的制度文化建设

On the Cultural Construction of the System of Prefecture-level TV Universities

制度文化是远程教育校园文化的重要组成部分,也是电大规范管理,加强内涵建设的关键因素。市级电大作为电大系统承上启下的重要层级,在进行制度文化建设时应着力做好制度的优质生成和高效执行两方面工作,促进精神文化的内化,推动学校的可持续发展。

System culture is an important component part of distance education campus culture and a key factor of TV universites＇regular management and connotation construction. The prefecture -level universities, which is the important middle layer, should pay close attention to the excellence generation and efficient implement of the system to improve the connotation construction of spirit culture and push foreward the sustainous development of the TV universities.
