河南省农村地区艾滋病患者家庭疾病经济负担探讨

The Study of Economic Burden of AIDS at Household Level in Henan Rural Areas

目的:了解河南省农村地区艾滋病患者家庭疾病经济负担,评价艾滋病防治救助政策实施效果。方法:采用问卷调查法,比较农村艾滋病患者和健康对照组家庭的收支情况,测算艾滋病患者家庭的疾病经济负担。结果:2009年艾滋病患者家庭直接花费为964.30元/年,间接花费为820.81元/年,疾病经济负担为1785.11元/年,占家庭收入的22.06%。结论:艾滋病患者家庭收入降低,且消费结构改变;政府救助效果显著,艾滋病患者家庭经济负担减轻;部分患者病情加重,地方财政负担较重,目前医疗救助方式需要进一步调整。

Objective： To learn the economic burden of AIDS in Henan rural areas,appraise the result of AIDS treatment and relief policy. Method： Data collected from the AIDS and healthy control cases through a questionnaire to assess the economic burden of AIDS comparing the income and expenditure of the two groups. Result： In 2009,the direct costs at household level were 964.30 yuan/year, and indirect costs were 820.81 yuan/year, amounting to the economic burden were 1785.11 yuan/year, being 22.06% of annual income in AIDS family. Con- clusion： AIDS family income decrease and the household consumption change; AIDS relief policy have reduce family economic burden; some AIDS got worse lead to local financial load aggravating, the policies and measures should be adjusted.
