摘要
目的:充分了解山东省某医学院校医学生医学职业精神现状,为医学生医学精神培养提供理论依据。方法:利用自拟的《医学职业精神调查问卷》,对采用分层抽样方法随机抽取的1200名在校医学生进行问卷调查,并使用层次分析法(AHP)进行数据分析。结果:一至四年级医学生医学职业精神综合评价指数分别为:0.6101、0.6306、0.6363、0.6180,即三年级医学生医学职业精神现状最好,二年级次之,一年级最差。结论:医学生医学职业精神状况表现不稳定,其医学职业精神的建设有反复现象,医学院校应正视其现状以及发展规律,合理配备师资及实训资源,加强医学生医学职业精神的教育与培养。
Objective: To fully understand a medical college students medical occupation spirit status, as a medical student mental train- ing and provide a theoretical basis. Methods: Using self-designed questionnaire "medical occupation spirit", using stratified random sampling method random sample of 1200 undergraduate medical students carried out a questionnaire survey, using the analytic hierarchy process ( AHP ) for data analysis. Results: One to four year medical students medical occupation spirit comprehensive evaluation index are: 0.6101, 0.6306, 0.6363, 0.6180, so three grade medical students' medical occupation spirit situation best, grade two times a year, the worst. Conclusion: Medi- cal student spirit state development of occupation is not stable, repeated phenomenon, must face up to its current situation and development rule, reasonable teachers and training resources, strengthen medical student occupation spirit education and training.
