可吸收线捆绑固定治疗开放性指骨微小关节内骨折效果观察

Treatment of Open Intra-Articular Phalanx Fracture Using Absorbable Thread

目的探讨利用可吸收线捆绑固定法治疗开放性指骨微小关节内骨折的可行性。方法我院2006年2月～2010年12月收治开放性指骨微小关节内骨折29例,采取可吸收线捆绑固定法治疗并观察效果。结果 29例均获得随访,随访时间6～18个月,平均12个月。利用TAM系统评定法对患指功能进行评价,优21例,良8例,优良率为100%。结论采用可吸收线捆绑固定法治疗开放性指骨微小关节内骨折效果良好且关节并发症少。

Objective To analyze the clinical results of the absorbable thread fixation for open intra-articular fraeture. Methods 29 patients with open intra-arlicular fraeture underwent absorbable thread fixation in our hospital between February 2006 and December 2010. Results 29 patients were followed up for an average of 12 months （6-18 months）.According to TAM system scores for function tests of finger： excellent in 21 eases, good in 8 cases, good and excellent rate was 100% . Conclusion Absorbale thread fixation in open intra-articular phalanx fractures is effective with quick recoverv and a lower rate of complications.
