基于家庭医生制度的健康信息化建设架构

Health Information System Construction Based on Family Medicine

新医改方案提出在上海试行家庭医生制度,为此迫切需要建立全市统一的电子健康档案,以保证区域卫生系统的信息化建设愈加科学,信息化手段愈加便捷,信息化下医疗卫生服务工作的效率和质量越来越高。本文以建立居民健康档案为核心的区域信息共享平台为基础,探讨了基于家庭医生制度的社区卫生服务信息网络建设的架构,发展趋势以及优势,构建了利用最先进的网络通讯信息技术和高科技图像传输技术实现卫生体制改革目标的途径。要在现有居民健康档案的基础上,增强各级机构之间数据资源的共享程度,研究健康档案的分类及各类别之间的相互关系、深层次挖掘各种档案包含的项目及这些项目之间的相互关联;探讨健康档案拓扑结构方案,提升健康档案的科学性和利用率,使健康档案真正成为健康管理的信息化平台。

Proposed new medical reform program was launched in Shanghai,the family doctor system test,for which the city’s urgent was needed to establish a unified electronic health records,regional health information in order to ensure a scientific,rational and effective manner,thereby improving system efficiency and quality of construction.Health of residents in this file to create a regional information sharing as the core platform,based on the family doctor system of community health services,information network architecture,development trends and the edge,to emphasize the use of information and means to promote health system reform goals.The scientific and the efficiency of health information was further upgraded;the extent of the share of health information of all levels of institute was enhanced,which can be genuine information platform of health administration.
