摘要
利用不同浓度生根粉浸泡沙地柏天然林的2~5年生侧枝条6 h,将浸泡的插穗按照不同扦插角度进行扦插试验。结果表明:在浸泡6 h时,生根粉浓度120 mg.kg-1提高沙地柏插穗生根率和成活率作用最大。沙地柏插穗与畦面夹角在35°时可以最大限度地提高沙地柏插穗生根率、成活率;生根粉浓度在120 mg.kg-1,结合插穗与畦面夹角在35°时,可以最大限度地提高沙地柏插穗成活率;用低浓度下(0~60 mg.kg-1)生根粉浸泡沙地柏插穗6 h,扦插角度与沙地柏插穗生根率差异不大;用高浓度生根粉在60~180 mg.kg-1浸泡沙地柏插穗6 h,扦插角度与沙地柏插穗生根率差异大;随着生根粉浓度的升高,生根粉浓度与扦插角度对沙地柏插穗成活率的交互作用呈增大的规律。
Through lateral branch of 2-5-year-old natural forest of Sabina vulgaris soaked with rooting powder in different concentrations for 6 h,soaked cuttings were conducted cutting experiments according to different cutting angles.Result shows that: soaked for 6 h + rooting powder 120 mg·kg-1 can farthest improve rooting rate survival rate for S.vulgaris cuttings.The angle between S.vulgaris cuttings border field being 35 ° can farthest improve rooting rate survival rate for S.vulgaris cuttings;rooting powder in the concentration of 120 mg·kg-1+ angle of cuttings border field being 35 ° can farthest improve survival rate of Sabina vulgaris cuttings;while S.vulgaris cuttings are soaked with rooting powder under low concentration(0-60 mg·kg-1) for 6 h,difference of cutting angle rooting rate for S.vulgaris cutting is little;when S.vulgaris are soaked with rooting powder under high concentration(60-180 mg·kg-1) for 6 h,differences of the cutting angle rooting rate for S.vulgaris cuttings are significant;interaction of rooting powder cutting angle on survival rate of S.vulgaris show increasing law with the increase of rooting powder concentration.
