摘要
阐述了目前我国甘蔗收获机械的现状,指出尚无适用的丘陵甘蔗收获机械的主要关键问题是研发的各种机型整体性能均未能达到使用要求,传统物理样机研发模式存在时间长、花费多、难度大等不足,结合先进的可视化虚拟设计技术及多学科设计优化方法是解决收获机械成功开发的最好途径。
The current status of sugar cane harvesting machine in China is described, which is lack of suitable sugar cane harvesting machinery for hills. The key issue is that the overall performance of current various models fail to meet requirements. Meanwhile, the traditional development of physical prototype model always requests long time as well as more money, and easily causes more difficulties. Therefore, the best way to develop sugar cane harvesting machinery successfully is to combine with visualization of virtual design technology and multidisciplinary design optimization method.
