摘要
水沙分离器是农业灌溉中一种核心设备,将含沙水转化成较为纯净的灌溉可用水。在对目前已有的自清洗式水沙分离器深入了解的基础上,对内部结构和外观进行了改进与变动。在三维建模软件SolidWorks环境下设计一种新式自清洗水沙分离器,二级滤网过滤,内部装置为水力旋喷管,上部设排污口,下部设出水口。对该新式水沙分离器的工作情况进行探讨,计算求出水沙分离器自清洗过程中进水流量与旋喷管自转角速度的数值关系。
Separator device is one of the core equipments in agricultural irrigation, it turns muddy water into relatively clean water that can be used in irrigation. With the thorough study on the serf-cleaning separator device for water sediment already known nowadays, some progress in the internal structure and the appearance has been made. A new self-cleaning separator device for water sediment has been designed based on SolidWorks, which has two filter nets and a hydraulic rotating device inside. Clean water flows out from the bottom of the device and sediment is discharged at the top. The working condition of the separator device is discussed, and the relationship between the flow rate and the angular velocity of the hydraulic rotating device during self-cleaning process is calculated.
