摘要
为有效促进我国玉米生产机械化的快速发展和秸秆资源的有效利用,提高农业现代化水平,推动畜牧业的快速发展,研制了4YZQ-4型自走式穗茎兼收玉米联合收获机。该机采用上下两层可调式割台结构,高速低损摘穗机构,搅龙集中输送和单辊破节喂入机构,将摘穗后的玉米秸秆通过大型滚筒式切碎机切碎后,经抛掷器抛送回收。通过生产试验和检测证明,符合国家相关标准规定。
In order to promote the development of corn production mechanization and the effective use of straw resources and improve the agricultural modernization level and promote the rapid development of animal husbandry, 4YQZ-4 self-propelled corn combine harvester was developed. The machine uses the upper and lower levels of corn header, low losses and high speed corn snapping unit, auger centralised conveyance and single feed rolls. Corn stover passes the large roller-type chopper after cut up and jet conveyer, then recycling. Experiment and test proves that the machine meets relevant national standards regulations.
