摘要
为了有效提高汽车行李舱内的储物空间,增加汽车的运动感和造型时尚的风格,越野车和城市SUV等车型习惯将备胎布置在背门外板上,但是这种备胎布置方式,常常会导致背门出现下垂现象和备胎支架开裂问题。主要从车身结构设计方面入手,引入钣金件强度设计的理念,着重阐述备胎外置的上掀式背门与备胎支架的结构设计方法,并针对常见的备胎外置车型出现的背门周边间隙不均匀问题和备胎支架强度不足问题进行分析并提出有效的解决方案。
With the intent to effectively improve storage space in luggage cabin of vehicles and to add sporty feature and modem styling, an outboard spare tire is widely applied on ORVs and urban SUVs. However, such layout for spare tires would commonly result in drooping of hatchback door and cracks on tire brackets. The paper starts with vehicle body structure design, and introduces philosophy of sheet metal component strength design. It attaches importance to structural design approach of hatchback door and spare tire bracket with outboard spare tire structure, undertaking analysis and proposing effective solutions to asymmetrical clearance issues at hatchback door rim that appears commonly on outboard spare tire model vehicles, and to insufficient strength of spare tire bracket.
