The Problems and Solutions in New Rural Village Renovation

村庄整治是社会主义新农村建设总体要求中的重要组成部分及核心内容之一,也是惠及农村千家万户的德政工程。但村庄整治工程实施以来在整治工程启动、村民权益保障、村落人文特色保护、民居规格设置、民居改建经济能力支撑等方面存在诸多问题,因此,各基层地方政府必须切实立足于农村实际,充分了解村情民意,统一村民对村庄整治的认识,科学编制村域整治规划,合理设定整治工程时序,注重村民权益与村落人文特色保护,出台科学帮扶政策,顺利解决村庄整治难题。

One of the general requirements in the socialist new rural construction is the village renovation,which is a benevolent project benefiting thousands of households in rural areas. However,since the implementation of village renovation project, there exist many problems in starting the renovation,such as in the aspect of ensuring the interests of villagers,protecting the village cultural characteristics, setting residential specifications and the financial ability to support residential renovation. Therefore,the local government should be realistic,fully understand the demands of villagers,unify the understanding of village renovation,scientifically draw up a remediation plan, set a reasonable time in restoration project,pay attention to the protection of villagers＇ characteristics and rights,put forward scientific policies and successfully resolve the problems in village renovation
