门诊儿科处方点评

Comments on pediatric out-patient prescription

目的了解现阶段我院门诊儿科处方合理性情况。方法随机抽取我院2010年7-12月的5 400张门诊儿科处方,根据《医院处方点评管理规范(试行)》中的规定,对各类不合理情况进行调查分析及点评。结果我院儿科不合理处方比例为9.29%,不规范处方比例为4.74%,用药不适宜处方比例为4.44%,超常处方比例为0.11%。结论我院儿科处方存在一定的不合理情况,医护人员及药学人员应共同努力,以达到提高处方质量、保障患者用药安全的目的。

Objective To discuss the rationality of the outpatient pediatric prescriptions in our hospital at the present stage.Methods 5 400 prescriptions were randomly selected from the outpatient pediatric prescriptions of our hospital from July 2010 to December 2010.According to ＂Prescription Comment Hospital Practice（Trial）＂,the irrational use situation was investigated,analyzed and commented.Results The proportion rate of the irrational pediatric prescriptions in our hospital was 9.29%,the proportion rate of the nonstandard prescriptions was 4.74%,the proportion rate of the inappropriate prescriptions was 4.44%,and the proportion rate of the transnormal prescriptions was 0.11%.Conclusion There are still some irrational situations existed in the outpatient pediatric prescriptions of our hospital which are needed to be improved.Medical staff and pharmacy staff should work together to boost the quality of the prescriptions and ensure the medication safety for patients.
