摘要 通过对美国疾病诊断相关组法(Diagnosis Related Groups,DRGs)护理支付方式和我国护理支付方式的分析与评价,指出2种护理支付方式各自存在的不足,结合美国DRGs护理支付方式对我国的启示,提出应加强临床护理路径研究和护理成本核算研究,从护理角度为按病种收费做好准备,从而建立具有我国特色、体现护理服务价值的DRGs系统。 This paper analyzed and evaluated the nursing payment means in Diagnosis Related Groups （DRGs） of USA and the means in China for their deficiencies. It indicated that it was essential to strengthen the research of clinical pathway and nursing cost accounting and eventually a DRGs with Chinese characteristics would be established.
