Practice and Effect of Psychological Nursing in Elderly Cadre Ward

目的强化老年干部病房护士的心理护理理论水平、专业技能和实践能力,提升整体护理质量。方法通过积极引导,打造专业心理护理团队,建立心理护理临床路径,护士开心理处方等办法,建立可操作、能推广的心理护理服务举措。结果心理护理理念深入人心,护士应对技巧和职业认同感增加,老年病房护理满意率提高。结论从医院护理管理的角度强化护士的心理护理技能,制定可操作的心理护理临床路径,是落实好老年心理护理服务的关键。

Objective To strengthen nurses＇ theoretical knowledge, skills and practice competence of psychological nursing and to improve nursing quality in the elderly cadre ward. Methods Through positive guidance, a specific group was established for psychological nursing. Through clinical pathway, psychological prescription by nurses, practical psychological nursing service was conducted in the elderly cadre ward. Results Nurses＇ coping skills and professional identity were improved and patients were more satisfied. Conclusion The strengthening of nurses＇ skill and a practical pathway are essential to implement psychological nursing for elderly patients.
