摘要
目的:测定不同栽培条件下白花丹药材的水分、灰分的含量,为建立白花丹药材质量标准提供实验数据.方法:按《中国药典》2005年版I部附录IXH中水分测定法中的第一法、附录IXK灰分测定法测定.结果:不同繁殖方式的药材水分含量根为8.46~11.64%,茎为8.54~11.73%;药材的总灰分测定结果根为18.22~19.82%之间,茎为15.83~18.64%.不同土壤下生长的药材水分含量根、茎在7.48~9.29%之间,叶为9.27%~11.77%;总灰分含量根、茎在15.56~32.89%之间,叶为11.61%~30.13%.不同肥料环境生长下的药材水分含量根为9.02~9.77%,茎为8.69~11.15%;药材的总灰分测定结果根为28.46~29.23%之间,茎为26.70~28.72%.结论:该方法简单、准确、重复性好,为建立白花丹药材质量标准提供了科学实验数据.
Objective: To determine moisture and ashes from cultivated Herba Plumbaginis Zeylanicae with different cultivated conditions for establishing the quality standards.Method: Samples are determined according to the procedures recorded in the Appendix IXH and IXK of Chinese Pharmacopoeia,published in 2005,for moisture and ashes determination respectively.Results: For different reproductions of Herba Plumbaginis Zeylanicae,the moisture contents of root are between 8.46~11.64 %,and 8.54~11.73 % in stem;The total ashes contents in root are between 18.22~19.82 %,and 15.83~18.64 % in stem.For those grown in different soils of Herba Plumbaginis Zeylanicae,the moisture contents of root and stem are between 7.48~9.29 %,and 9.27 %~11.77 % in leaves;The total ashes contents in root and stem are between 15.56~32.89 %,and 11.61 %~30.13 % in leaves.For those grown in different fertilizers of Herba Plumbaginis Zeylanicae,the moisture contents of root are between 9.02~9.77 %,and 8.69~11.15 % in stem;The total ashes contents in root are between 28.46~29.23 %,and 26.70~28.72 % in stem.Conclusion: The method is simple,accurate,replicate and suitable for the determination of moisture and ashes from Herba Plumbaginis Zeylanicae with different harvested-times for establishing of the quality standards.
