摘要
利用化学沉淀法使用碳酸氢铵从硝酸铈溶液中制备超细的氧化铈粉体,通过改变工艺条件如灼烧温度和加入不同种类、不同量的添加剂如乙醇、三聚磷酸钠、十二烷基苯磺酸钠从而获得不同粒度和结晶度的超细氧化铈,用激光粒度分析仪测试粉体粒度,用XRD检测粉体的晶型.分析晶型和粉体粒径对超细氧化铈粉体的抗紫外性能的影响.研究表明:具有面心立方结构的氧化铈结晶越好,紫外吸收效果越好;晶粒粒径越小,紫外吸收效果越好.掺杂的复合结构的粉体有利于提高粉体的紫外吸收性能.
The superfine CeO2 powder is prepared by chemical precipitation method.Different particle size and crystallinity are attained by changing the sintering temperature and adding different kinds of additives,such as alcohol,trimeric sodium phosphate and the twelve benzene sulfonatethe.The laser particle size analyzer and X-Ray diffractometer are used to analyze the the influence of the crystallinity and particle size on the ultraviolet absorption of CeO2 powder.The results show that the higher the crystallinity of face centered cubic crystal and the small of the particle size are,the better the ultraviolet absorption capability is.The composite structrue of the crystal favored strengthens the ultraviolet absorption capability.
