澳门女职工对乳腺癌知识知晓情况及影响因素分析

Knowledge of Breast Cancer of Female Employees in Macao and Its Influencing Factors

目的调查澳门女职工的乳腺癌相关知识的知晓情况与影响因素。方法采用横断面描述性研究对某机构220名女职工进行问卷调查,主要调查内容有乳腺疾病等相关资料、乳腺癌的起因、症状、危险因素和处理等的知晓情况。采用两独立样本t检验、方差分析、相关分析及多因素Logistic回归进行统计学分析。结果女职工的乳腺癌相关知识得分为(5.4±2.4)分(总分为12分),说明女职工对乳腺癌相关知识的认识较浅。多因素分析显示教育程度是乳腺癌认知的影响因素,且教育程度越低,乳腺癌认知越低。结论本调查提示澳门女职工的乳腺癌认知情况不理想,受教育程度是最主要的影响因素。因此,应加强澳门女职工乳腺癌防治知识的健康教育。

Objective To understand the knowledge of breast cancer among female employees in Macao and to explore its influencing factors.Methods A cross-sectional survey was conducted among 220 female employees in an organization with questionnaires,the contents of which covered related information of breast diseases,cognition of its causes,symptoms,risk factors and care of breast cancer.2-independent-samples t test,F test,correlation analysis and multivariate analysis were applied in the study.Results The average cognitive score of breast cancer among female employees was 5.4±2.4 with the total score of 12,which suggested that female employees in Macao lacked breast cancer related knowledge.Educational level was the main influencing factor of the score of breast cancer related knowledge.Conclusion The knowledge of breast cancer is still in a poor level among female employees in Macao.Health educational interventions could be promoted in female employees in Macao.
