江门市综合与专科三级甲等医院门诊病人反应性比较

Comparison of Health System Responsiveness of Patients from Different Class Ⅲ Grade Ⅰ Hospitals in Jiangmen

目的比较江门市综合三级甲等医院和专科三级甲等医院门诊病人的卫生系统反应性差异,为卫生行政部门提供决策依据,以提高江门市整体医疗服务水平。方法采用WHO制定的"卫生系统反应性调查表",对2010年9—12月江门市综合三级甲等医院和专科三级甲等医院门诊病人940例进行调查。结果在卫生系统反应性8个维度的比较中,江门市综合三级甲等医院和专科三级甲等医院在保密性、交流、及时性和设施这4个维度有统计学意义;在尊严、自主性、选择性和社会支持方面的反应性评价无统计学意义。结论江门市综合三级甲等医院门诊病人在保密性及就医环境方面评价高于专科三级甲等医院,而专科三级甲等医院在有效交流、及时性方面优于综合三级甲等医院。两者均有提升的空间,应加强优势互补,重视病人的非医疗因素服务要求,提升江门市三级甲等医院整体服务水平。

Objective To compare the difference of health system responsiveness of patients from comprehensive hospital of class Ⅲ grade Ⅰ and specialized hospital of class Ⅲ grade Ⅰ and to provide reference for health policies.Methods The measurement tool,Health System Responsiveness Questionnaire,which was provided by the World Health Organization was applied in the survey of 940 patients from comprehensive hospital as well as specialized hospital.Results In the comparison of eight dimensions,differed from the comparisons of dignity,selectivity,autonomy and social support which suggested no statistic significance,the comparisons of confidentiality,communication,prompt care and equipments showed statistic significance.Conclusion Comprehensive hospital and specialized hospital present respective advantages and both of which need further improvement in different aspects.Mutual complementary in superiority would benefit the overall development of hospitals of class Ⅲ grade Ⅰ.
