我省15个县定点封山育林的不同地类及立地条件的调查材料中表明,封山育林效果显著,可以达到绿化的效果。为1989年浙江省委、省人民政府提出的“今明两年准备,五年消灭荒山,十年绿化浙江”目标中的通过封山育林完成消灭700万亩荒山的绿化任务提供科学依据。
