齐拉西酮与奋乃静治疗首发精神分裂症的对照研究

Control study of Ziprasidone and Perphenazine in the treatment of schizophrenia

目的:比较齐拉西酮与奋乃静治疗精神分裂症的疗效及副作用。方法:将100例精神分裂症患者随机分成两组各50例,共治疗8周。采用精神分裂症阳性与阴性症状量表评定疗效,副反应量表评定副反应。结果:齐拉西酮的有效率为70%,奋乃静的有效率为68%,两者无显著性差异(P>0.05)。结论:齐拉西酮的总体疗效优于奋乃静,对阴性症状尤其明显。

Objective： To compare the efficacy and side effects of Ziprasidone and Perphenasine in the treatment of schizophrenia. Methods： 100 eases of patients with schizophrenia were randomiy divided into two group, treatment 8 weeks. The curative effect and adverse reactions were assessed with PANSS and TESS. Results：Ziprasidone group and Perphenazine group effective rate was 70% ,68% ,there were no significant differences between two groups（ P 〉 0.05 ）. Conclusion：The overall efficacy of Ziprasidone is superior to Perphenazine, especially for the negative symptom.
