可吸收止血膜预防乳腺肿块真空辅助空芯针旋切术后血肿疗效观察 被引量:4

摘要 目的观察可吸收止血膜(大清生物纸)溶解液残腔注射预防乳腺肿块真空辅助空芯针旋切术后局部血肿的效果。方法对伴随有高血压、冠心病、糖尿病等基础疾病的乳腺肿块患者行乳腺肿块真空辅助空芯针旋切术时使用大清生物纸溶解液残腔注射,观察术后皮下淤血大小及血肿形成情况。结果 14例患者中13例局部均未见皮下淤血、血肿形成,1例轻度皮下淤血。结论可吸收止血膜溶解液残腔注射可预防乳腺肿块真空辅助空芯针旋切术后皮下淤血及血肿形成。 Objective Observation on effect of Datsing Biopaper to prevent postoperative hematoma after ultrasound - guided vacuum - assisted biopsy (VAB). Methods Datsing Biopapers were used in 14 cases undergoing ultrasound - guided vacuum - assisted biopsy (VAB). with hypertension, coronary heart disease and diabetes to prevent postoperative hematoma. The results are evaluated with superficial measurements of hypodermic gore and hematoma. Results Among all the cases, 13 got no hypodermic gore and hematoma, 1 resulted in a mild hypodermic gore. Conclusion Local application of Datsing Biopaper gel could prevent postoperative hematoma after ultrasound - guided vacuum - assisted biopsy (VAB).
