摘要
建筑施工安全管理是指在项目施工过程中,组织安全生产的全部管理活动。通过对生产过程中的不安全因素进行分析,减少或消除人的不安全行为和物的不安全状态,避免安全事故的发生,实现施工项目的效益目标。
The security management in construction refers to organize the whole activities which ensure relevant project can be conducted safely and orderly. Through the analysis of the insecurity factors influencing the production process, the paper aims to reduce or eliminate insecurity behaviors conducted by people and some unsafe situation caused by things, obviate hid- den dangers and avoid accidents to achieve the benefits of relevant project.
