基于HEV的磷酸铁锂电池剩余电量计量方法的研究

摘要 在研究混合动力电动汽车磷酸铁锂电池放电特性的基础之上,提出了基于磷酸铁锂电池工作电流、工作温度和工作电压的混合动力电动汽车动力电池剩余电量计量方法,建立相应的数学模型,并在Matlab/Simulink软件中进行了磷酸铁锂电池剩余电量计量方法的仿真分析.仿真结果表明,与SOC法相比,基于磷酸铁锂电池特性的相对剩余电能量法可以直接反映电能量随电池工作电流和电压的改变而变化的关系,尤其是在电池工作电压变化比较大的阶段,其Km值与SOC值平均相差7%~23%. A power battery's remaining power metering method(Km) based on temperature characteristic,working current characteristic and voltage characteristic of the lithium iron phosphate battery is introduced to verify hybrid electrical vehicle lithium iron phosphate battery's discharge characteristics.The mathematics model of this method designed by Matlab/Simulink is applied to measure the HEV electric energy's change.The result shows that,compared with the SOC method,the Km method can directly reflect the electric energy's change which follows the change of battery's discharge current and voltage.Especially in the stage that battery's voltage changes severely,the Km value is decreased by 7%to 23% compared with the SOC value
