首先阐述大型球磨机系统的机械电气及控制组成:用于高压降压起动的水电阻柜、中性点柜、同步电动机励磁柜,用于磨机起动润滑的高低压油站、气动离合器、磨机温度监测以及系统联锁的PLC控制柜.针对其复杂的电气及控制系统,详细分析了其各组成部分的功能及其逻辑关系,对系统运行中存在的各种问题进行了详细的分析归纳和整理,提出解决这些问题的具体措施及方法,优化了其电气控制系统,经实施后取得了良好的效果,为企业带来了良好的经济效益.
This article first elaborates the large ball mill system's mechanical electricity and the control composition: water resistor cabinet,neutral point cabinet,synchronous motor excitation cubicle,the high-pressured voltage dropping starts,ball mill initial lubrication the high and low pressure oil station,the air operated coupling,ball mill temperature monitoring and the system interconnection PLC control cubicle.In view of its complex electricity and the control system,the article multianalysis its each constituent's function and the logical relation,each kind of question which existed to the systems operation in carry on the detailed analysis to induce and to reorganize,proposed that solved these question specific measures and the method,optimized its electric control system,after implementation has made the good result,has brought the more economic efficiency for the enterprise.
