摘要 通过比较李氏禾在正常及铬污染环境下的生理指标差异,探讨其对重金属污染的耐受性,为其是否适合作为环境修复材料提供科学参考。结果表明,李氏禾在铬污染环境下,其叶片的叶绿素和脯氨酸含量及SOD、POD活性有所降低,可溶性糖、MDA、类黄酮化合物、可溶性蛋白含量及CAT活性均有所升高,SDS-PAGE显示无差异蛋白条带,说明李氏禾能适应一定浓度的铬胁迫并作出相应的调节。 Different physiological indices in Leersia hexandra were compared under normal and Chromium pollution environment, to probe the tolerance of Leersia hexandra under the heavy metal pollution environment and provide scientific references that whether it could be used as a phytoremediation material. The results showed that under Chromium pollution environment, the content of chlorophyll and proline, and the activity of SOD, POD in Leereia hexandra were reduced, the content of soluble sugar, MDA, flavonoid and soluble protein, and the activity of CAT were all enhanced, the SDS-PAGE analysis revealed that no different bands appeared, the results showed that Leersia hexandra could adapt the certain concentration of Chromium stress and make corresponding adjustment.
