摘要
建立一种全新的离子色谱法同时测定碳酸饮料中的无机阴离子和有机酸的方法。系统研究超声脱气处理样品,C18和RP柱去除样品中共存组分对测定干扰的区别,淋洗液浓度、流速的最佳实验条件。该方法的检出限为2.92μg/L~408.7μg/L,相关系数为0.993 4~0.999 8,相对标准偏差(RSD)为0.66%~3.94%,加标回收率为92.2%~101.5%,符合测定要求。试验表明该方法具有分析时间短,线性范围宽,灵敏度高,试剂用量少等优点。
With new method that the ion chromatography for simultaneous determination of inorganic anions and organic acids in the Carbonated drinks. Ultrasonic degassing system to deal with samples, RP column and C18 column remove the coexistence components of the sample for the determination interference of the distinction, Eluent flow rate of the best experimental conditions. The detection limit of 2.92 μg/L-408.7 μg/L, Correlation coefficient of 0.993 4-0.999 8, Relative standard deviation (RSD) for the 0.66 % -3.94 %, Recoveries of 92.2 %- 101.5 % fulfill the test requirements. These experiments show that the short time analysis, wide linear range, high sensitivity, less reagent use, etc.
