摘要
使用3种沙门氏菌(猪霍乱沙门氏菌、鼠伤寒沙门氏菌、甲型副伤寒沙门氏菌)和2种干扰菌(弗氏柠檬酸杆菌和奇异变形杆菌)分别接种分离培养基,观察生长和显色情况。研究沙门氏菌和干扰菌在常规分离培养基BS、XLD、DHL、HE、BGA和显色培养基CAS上的形态特征及生化试验结果,比较分离鉴别效果。研究发现甲型副伤寒沙门氏菌具有延迟产H2S特性,弗氏柠檬酸杆菌和奇异变形杆菌均有产H2S现象,显色培养基CAS的鉴别效果最好,BGA的分离鉴别效果最差。在实际检测工作中,不能以是否产H2S作为鉴定沙门氏菌的唯一依据,利用显色培养基可以显著提高检测效率和准确度。
Three kinds of Salmonellas (Salmonella choleraes uis , Salmonella typhimurium, Salmonellaparatyphi ) and two kinds of interference strains (Citrobacterfreundii and Proteus mirabilis ) were inoculated in isolation medium to observe the growth and color situation. This summary intend to research morphological characteristic of Salmonellae and interference strain in BS, XLD, DHL, HE, BGA and the Chromogenic Medium and biochemical test results. Salmonella paratyphi has delayed production H2S and Citrobacterfreundii and Proteus mirabilis have produced H2S. The identification effect of CAS medium is the best, BGA has the worst separation effect. Producing H2S can not be the sole criteria for identification of Salmonella, the using of chromogenic media can significantly improve the detection efficiency and accuracy.
