摘要
新疆甘草资源丰富,品质优良,为加强甘草的综合开发利用,提升甘草的附加值,对新疆甘草资源的分布、甘草的化学组成和保健功能、甘草的加工及开发应用等进行综述,并根据新疆甘草的利用现状提出了今后的研究方向和思路。
Licorice resources are rich in Xinjiang with excellent quality, in order to strengthen its comprehensive development and utilization, promote its added value, this paper summarized resource distribution, chemical composition, health function, processing, exploitation and application of licorice. Further research direction and development idea were put forward for Xinjiang licorice exploitation according to utilization status in Xinjiang.
