摘要
随着济钢炼铁厂高炉冶炼技术的不断强化和炉况结构的不断调整,实际需求工况为AV71-15轴流压缩风机小风量、高风压。由于该风机输送的气体中有较多杂质,风机受到气流中固体颗粒的碰撞磨损,连续运转可靠性降低,缩短使用寿命。针对炼铁系统轴流风机等机械叶片磨损较快出现裂纹的实际情况,从叶片材料结构的角度,提出了用软氮化工艺处理叶片表面,以解决轴流风机叶片的磨损问题,同时提高了叶片抗疲劳强度。
The actual required work conditions for AV71 - 15 axial compress fan is small air quantity and high blast pressure along with continuous strengthening of smelting technique and continuous adjusting of furnace condition in Ironworks of Jinan Steel. The blower is impacted and wore by solid grain in air flow, its reliability of continuous operation reduced, work life shortened. To the problem in production: because of too fast abrasion cracks appear on vanes of axial fan in iron smelting system, from the angle of material it is proposed to treat the surface of vane with soft nitriding process to improve abrasion resistance and fatigue strength.
