电磁纯铁DT4对电磁纯铁盘条的冷顶锻性能、电磁性能、表面质量等实物质量要求非常严格。通过采用BOF+LF+RH精炼技术,科学控制冶炼、连铸及加热、轧制等工序的关键参数,邢钢生产的电磁纯铁DT4热轧盘条,工艺技术先进、钢质纯净、各项性能良好,产品质量稳定,满足了电磁纯铁制品的质量要求。

To produce electromagnetic pure iron, its wire bar is demanded to have a high material quality in cold heading upsetting, electromagnetic property, and surface quality and so on. With adopting BOF plus LF plus RH refining technique, scientifically controlling key parameters of smelting, continuous casting, heating and roiling, the electromagnetic pure iron DT4 hot - roiling wire bar produced in Xing Steel has good per- formances, stable quality.
