摘要
承钢在40 t转炉半干法除尘试验的基础上,对150 t转炉也采用半干法除尘,目前已经稳定运行了两年多,提高风机运行寿命3～5倍,吨钢节电2度、多回收转炉煤气10 m3,减少30%循环水量,同时粉尘排放浓度符合国家颁布的最新标准80 mg/m3,取得了良好效果。
It is introduced the application of semi -dry dust collecting technique in 150 t converter. The system has operated over two years. It can prolong working life of blower for 3 - 5 times, save electricity 2 kilowatt - hours per ton of steel, increase gas recovery by 10 m^3 , decrease quantity of circular water by 30 percent, and dust discharge condense is within the newest national standard： 80mg/m^3.
