不锈钢线材在成型和热处理过程中,表面会产生一层黑色的氧化皮,这类氧化皮结构致密坚韧,与基体附着力强,含有Fe、Cr、Ni、少量C和Si等元素。不锈钢氧化皮破坏了钢材表面的美观性,加速金属表面的电化学腐蚀,而且其存在的表面应力会加快钢材表面的应力腐蚀。介绍了邢钢年处理7.5万t不锈钢盘卷酸洗线的主要设备、工艺流程,在生产中对设备进行了优化。
Black scale would be brought about on the surface of stainless wire in deformation and heat- treating. It has compact and tough structure, strong adhesion on base, and contents elements of Fe, Cr, Ni, C and Si. It damages the beauty and speeds up the electrochemical erosion of the surface of stainless wire. It is introduced the main equipments, process flow of stainless steel coil pickling line with treating capacity of 75 thousand tons in Xing Steel. The equipments are optimized in production.
