爆碎饲料的制取及应用于饲养奶牛的研究

用爆碎法将含纤维素废料——杂木、芦苇、芦竹、豆秆、玉米秆和稻草等制成一种淡棕色,具有香甜味,pH3.5左右的粗饲料。用它代替1/3～2/3的青干草饲养奶公犊和培育牛,牛增重率提高74%和18%。用它的1/2与1/3～2/3代替青干草饲养产奶牛,奶产量无显著差异,乳脂率及牛休重略有增加。爆碎饲料出厂价略低于青干草到场价。

Reed, legume pole, maize pole and rice straw can be made a coarse fodderthrough puffed method. Its pH is about 3.5. 1/3～2/3 of the coarse fodder replace green anddry grass to raise calf and ox and rate of increase weight can raise 74 % and 18%. 1/2, 1/3～2/3 of the coarse fodder replace to raise milk cow and output of milk is not clear difference.But butterfat rate and ox weight have a bit of increment.
