摘要
目的:探讨重症医学科(ICU)护士负性因素与护士长干预管理的关系。方法:采用Beck-Srivastava压力量表对崇左市4家综合性医院ICU病房80名护士进行压力源调查,并用《护士减轻压力训练教程》进行减压训练(包括正确认知、人文关怀、自觉体验、从容应对、心理调节等方面)和管理支持,比较和评价减压前后的变化及效果。结果:通过减压训练和管理支持各项压力指标得分比减压前明显降低,差异有统计学显著意义(P<0.01)。结论:护士长认识压力的存在并采取有效的减压训练、干预和管理支持,可有效地减少ICU病房护士的压力源,并提高护士应对压力的能力。
Objective:To explore the relevantion of working pressure between ICU nurses and head nurse′s intervention mangement.Methods:First,used the amount of pressure on the questionnaire Beck-Srivastava for Six pairs 80 registered ICU nurses from ICU wards in four general hospitals of Chongzuo and survied the cause of working pressure was conducted among the nurses.And then used reduce pressure on the training of nurses tutorial,to relaxation training and varied interventions were carried out to relive the pressure in terms of corrective self-cognition,systematic desensitization self-aware experience,rational response and psychological adjustment and support from administrative terms.Scores for the survey on working pressure condition among ICU nurses were evaluated before and after implementation of intervention.Results:The scores markedly improved compared with pre-decompression after the systematic training and management support to the various stress indicators.There was statistic significant difference on the condition of working pressure among ICU nurses before and after intervention(P〈0.01).Conclusion:Effective intervention could enable nurses to enhance their ability and capacity to reduce working pressure.
