实施优质护理服务工作的影响因素调查

Survey of influence factors on the implementation of high quality nursing service

目的:调查实施优质护理服务工作的影响因素。方法:自行设计问卷,采用方便抽样的方法,抽取重庆市某三级甲等医院的152名护士和143名医师为调查对象,并对调查数据进行统计分析。结果:护士的护理理念、责任心、护士的数量影响程度较高,居各影响因素的前三位;护理管理制度、领导的重视程度、患者及家属的配合情况影响程度较低,居各相关因素的后三位;医师、护士对优质护理服务实施的影响因素的评价存在差异(P<0.05)。结论:为更好的实施优质护理服务,必须首先转变护理人员自身的护理理念、增强责任心,此外还应有效地实施护理人力资源管理,不断完善护理管理制度和收费标准。

Objective：To investigete the influence factors of the implementation of high quality nursing service.Methods：Making self-designed questionnaires,selecting 152 nurses and 143 doctors from 3A-level hospital in Chongqing,to survey and statistically analyze the data.Results：The first three influence factors were the nursing concept,responsibility and basic qualities of nurses.Nursing management system,leadership value degree and the cooperation influence degree of the patient and family.There were cognitive difference between nurses and doctors on the influencing factors on the implementation of chaperone without family（P〈0.05）.Conclusion： To improve execution of high quality nursing service,we must firstly change the nursing concept of doctor and nurses,and increase nurses＇ basic quality and responsibility.We also should carry out effective human resources management system and constantly complete nursing management system and fee standards.
