下肢静脉慢性溃疡的综合治疗疗效分析

Clinical effects on comprehensive treatment for chronic venous ulcer in the lower extremity

目的:探讨下肢静脉慢性溃疡综合治疗的方法与疗效。方法:回顾性分析49例(53条患肢)下肢慢性静脉溃疡治疗的临床资料,患肢行手术治疗后,联合使用循环减压弹力袜和间歇性充气治疗,溃疡面予保湿敷料处理,治疗疗程为25 d。结果:所有患肢酸胀感消失,曲张浅静脉消失。患肢肿胀消退时间(7.5±2.0)d,皮肤颜色接近正常肤色时间(10.5±3.0)d,溃疡创面愈合时间(1.5±0.8)个月。随访6～8个月无溃疡及静脉曲张复发。结论:下肢慢性静脉溃疡手术治疗后,联合使用循环减压弹力袜和间歇性充气治疗,溃疡面予保湿敷料处理的综合治疗,对下肢静脉曲张合并下肢皮肤慢性溃疡的疗效确切,值得临床推广应用。

Objective：To investigate the methods and effects of treating chronic venous ulcer in the lower extremities.Methods：49 cases（53 legs） of patients with chronic venous ulcer were analyzed.the patient of ulcer wounds were treated with circulating-decompression stretch socks and intermittent air inflation,combined with preserve moisture dressing at the postoperation periods.The courses of treatment were 25 days.Results：Symptoms（sense of acid swells） and signs（variceal vena） of all ill limbs were not observed.The periods of swell-disappeared,wounds-approached normal health skin,and ulcer wounds healing respectieve time were（7.5±2.0） days,（10.5±3.0） days,and（1.5±0.8） months.After following 6-8 months there was no ulcer and varicosity.Conclusion：Chronic venous ulcer in the lower extremities treated with circulating-decompression stretch socks,intermittent air inflation,and combined with preserve moisture dressing at the postoperation periods is effective,suggesting utilizing widely in the clinical practice.
