病例考核在《基础护理学》操作技能考核中的应用

The use of case examination in assessment of nursing skills

目的:探讨病例考核法在护理技能考核中的作用。方法:采用病例考核方式评价护生的操作技能,考核后采用问卷调查法获知护生对病理考核方式的态度。结果:病理考核法有助于锻炼护生的综合能力,提高了护生的操作技能水平。结论:病例考核应用于《基础护理学》操作技能考核能够提高学生的综合能力,使其在今后的临床实习中较快地适应护理工作。

Objective：To explore the use of case examination in assessment of nursing skills in ＂Basic Nursing Science＂.Methods：The case examination was used to evaluate students′ nursing skills,and students′ attitude to case examination was acquired by questionnaire after their assessment.Results：Case examination could exercise students comprehensive capacity and improve their skills level.Conclusion：The use of case examination can improve the comprehensive ability of students in ＂Basic Nursing Science＂ skills assessment,and make students adapt clinical practice faster in the future of nursing work.
